Direct Primary Care

Patient members are choosing direct primary care for the service of direct communication with their providers, access to care in a timely manner, and more frequent visits with a flat monthly membership.

Better Patient Provider Relationships

Direct Primary Care allows for smaller patient panels and less paperwork, meaning more one-on-one time with our patients and a focus on what is important in our patient’s health.

Providers are choosing the direct primary care model to have closer, more fulfilling relationships with our patients. By leaving the traditional fee for service system (insurance), we can give the healthcare we believed in when we chose this journey.

It has become clear that something has to change in order for our healthcare system to put the patient first again. Direct primary care improves the sustainability of a medical practice, and reduces the amount of patient’s needs that tend to fall through the cracks of a larger system. By no longer accepting the constant expectations insurance has constructed from increasing the number of patient’s seen to keep the doors open, we can go back to the heart of what medicine used to be. Elderflower Primary Care has a smaller panel of patients and is a service created as a means to return consistency and connection.

I will never bill your insurance for the care I provide.
